GuardCom connects directly to your top roller and the stationary conveyor station, so you don’t have to rely on unstable Wi-Fi connections.
The GuardCom safeguards against misplaced items, allowing you to make a human operator take care of the problem. It also contains a physical guard that stops items from accidentally rolling off the stationary conveyor station.
Setting up the GuardCom solution is easy, as it’s a plug-and-play installation, saving you valuable time. The GuardCom System is a small unit directly wired into the conveyor station, thus taking up little space compared to other solutions.
MiR compatibility:
With the Cart300 Rails EU or the S-Cart Rails, you can accommodate the transportation of both US and Euro pallets for your set-up with robots from MiR and the additional top modules and carts from ROEQ. The Cart Rails is ideal in combination with the Extended Top Modules enabling easy access to the emergency stop.
The S-Cart Rails are adjustable, supporting the transport of both US pallets and EU pallets and ensuring that the pallet remains in place during transport. The S-Cart Rails are compatible with the S-Cart1500W, the S-Cart500 series, and the SCart300 series.
The Cart300 Rails EU are compatible with the Cart300 from ROEQ.
With the TML150 forks applied directly on top of the TML150 top module, you can complete the pallet transportation of your autonomous mobile robot solution from MiR. The forks can be customized in height or distance between them to fit the specific size of your cargo and your production setup.
Alternatively, the TML200 forks enable the handling of pallets that don’t have a flat bottom. They can be attached to the TML200 top lifter module, which is compatible with the MiR250. It contains holes for adjustment, and you will be supplied with friction tape to prevent slippage.
